My bad luck is not end yet. Car got rapped from the back during my way to work. Feel hurt for my 6 months old car.

Last friday, KL flash flood again. I'm one of the victim this time. Flooding at the open air car park where I park my car. It's damn shit, look, The water level is up to my dashboard meter level! My colleague's Altis is worse than this.


I don't know how much will this cost me yet, definitely going to hurt my wallet. Can somebody tell me if I can sue the car park management or Mayor of Kuala Lumpur and how?
